OFF Developments is a specialist, independent property developer operating predominantly in the East Midlands. It was incorporated in September 2003, having been founded by Director, Mike Foster, who has over 25 years experience in the property industry. He was previously Head of Mixed Use Development at Railtrack PLC, Head of Development at Sears PLC, and Property Acquisitions Manager with Dixons / Currys. Mike runs the Company with Finance Director Abigail Young.

OFF's principal scheme is a 'gateway' mixed-use leisure development at Rockingham Park. Anchored by Wetherspoons, and Europe's first Hilton Hampton Inn, it is 1.5 miles north of Corby, Northants, and comprises approximately 75,000-sq/ft of mixed use leisure space. Other tenants include Rockafellas nightclub (opens May 09), Greggs, Domino's Pizza, and Subways Sandwich Bar. It will be the only private sector, purpose built mixed use leisure scheme in the area.

Rockingham Park is fully supported by Corby Borough Council plus the town's regeneration Company, North Northants Development Company, and has been financed by Dunbar Bank PLC.

OFF is also appointed by thenhospitality Ltd to develop out Holiday Inn Express' and Hilton Hampton Inns, a new brand to the UK, in the East Midlands region.
